The challenge
Supplements live and die on trust. People need to believe the product works before they'll believe it's worth repeating — which meant this brand needed more than one-off sales. It needed a system that brought people back.
The goal: build demand across multiple platforms, keep acquisition costs sane, and turn first-time buyers into repeat customers.
The approach
We ran a coordinated push across Meta, Google Ads, and Snapchat — each platform playing a different role in the funnel:
- Meta — direct-response campaigns focused on conversions, with creative built around real product benefits and social proof to drive purchases and add-to-carts.
- Google Ads — captured high-intent search traffic: people already looking for a solution, ready to buy.
- Snapchat — reached a younger, scroll-heavy audience early in their journey, building awareness that fed the retargeting funnel.
- We didn't treat these as separate campaigns. Budget and messaging were adjusted weekly based on which platform was actually driving cart adds and purchases, not just clicks.
The result
- NOK 203,303.65 in total sales, with NOK 174,059.40 in gross sales.
- 43.52% returning customer rate — up 4%, proof the product and the experience earned repeat buyers.
- 251 orders fulfilled, with cost per purchase as low as kr82.62 and ROAS reaching 3.38×.
- Strong funnel movement — 156 website cart adds from a single campaign, showing real purchase intent, not just impressions.
The takeaway
One platform gets you a sale. Three platforms working together get you a customer who keeps coming back.
For this supplement brand, the win wasn't just revenue — it was building a repeat-purchase engine across every stage of the customer journey.
